I have been an airtel post paid customer for the past 5 years. My initial Plans Amount was 1000 rupees which i did not have a problem with. Subsequently, everytime I made my bill payments airtel kept increasing my credit amount, without my permission. My Bill Amount Suddenly come 8k for 3 month credit limit to an exorbitant amount of Rs 15000, without my knowledge. Since I was unaware of my credit limit as I didn't get any calls or messages by them, I kept using my phone unaware of what my escalated credit limit was. I thought it must be what it normally is and once the limit has reached my phone will get disconnected. Suddenly i get call from Recovery team abusing my family daily calling not even doing conversation properly very rude ... they started daily harassment and now they lodge my complaint on lokadalat dear airtel i like to pay my genuine amount not over loaded false amount
